Watch: Yentl Touboul’s ‘North Star’s

Our old pal Yentl Touboul is back, this time with his first full length surf film North Stars.

At the crossroads of a surf film and a visual portrait, the film features Adrien Toyon through the eyes of some of his closest friends and those of the board makers who’ve inspired his dive into alternative designs. North Stars was filmed around the world over the last two years including some familiar spots in Australia and Indo, as well as some probably not so well known spots for the MC crowd in Reunion Island, the Basque Country and the coast of Western Ireland. Plus a stack of other good pals were involved including Mikey February, Kobe Hughes, Andrew Kidman, Shane Sykes, Tom Morat, Lee-Ann Curren, Peta, Koldo Illumbe. We’re always wondering what the fine folk in Europe are up to, so I suppose this is it. Enjoy.
