See this content in the original post

Red Bull Skate Tales is a show hosted by professional skateboarder Madars Apse, the man who did a 50-50 handstand on a ledge and firecrackered one of skateboarding’s most infamous stair sets, El Toro.

Beyond being an incredible skateboarder with a crazy trick selection, he is a great host. The show follows him on his journey to the corners of the globe in search of skateboarding’s most under-told stories. The stories of misfits, mavericks and pioneers who define the culture and community of skateboarding. Madars comes prepared with the almighty but extremely simple question that all skateboarders have their own unique answer to: ‘What does skateboarding mean to you’. The question breeds answers that open the doors for the incredible stories of the people that we should hear about but almost never do. The show is now in its third season, the six-episode season is set to launch the first three episodes on June 6th with the next batch to follow on June 13th on Red Bull TV.

This season Madars meets up with his Element Skateboards teammate Vitoria Mendonca in her hometown of São Paulo, Brazil. Vitoria has been on an absolute tear for the last three years, from filming incredible video parts to skating in contests, going on Thrasher Magazine’s exclusive Am Scramble trip and even modelling. She’s been doing it all, making it known to the world that she is here and ready to take it on. You’ve seen her footage and I’m sure you’ve seen her heelflip crooked grinds too, now it’s time to get her story. Get a glimpse into her local scene and the crew around her who have supported her to get her where she is now.
