Punch The Camera is a bi-annual photography zine inspired by adventure, exploration, and open spaces. All things I personally am a big fan of. For the latest issue of the zine put together by Justin Parkhurst, I was lucky enough to be one of the photographers featured alongside Foster Huntington, John Kilar, Justin Parkhurst, Jim Mangan, Kevin Trageser, and Bryan Schutmaat. If you want a little taste of the wanderlust evoked by this book of photos you should pick up yourself a copy right here.
Road Trippin: Zion National Park
Posted By Laura – 07.01.2013
I am a sucker for road trips, so as soon as my friends Andrew Arthur and Travis Hetz invited me on a spontaneous mission to Zion National Park I couldn’t really turn it down. The three of us piled into the car and made the 6.5 hour drive from Los Angeles to Utah. The days were spent trekking through the park on hikes I questioned if I would make it back alive from, and the nights were spent drinking way too much whiskey (if that is possible) in the comfort of the cabin we rented. On our way back home we swung through Valley Of Fire State Park in Nevada to wander around yet even more rocks. This gallery is a taste of what my camera captured over the course of those three days.
